My Story
I am Lucy Gleeson and I created Sentience Wellbeing to bring the latest in psychological thinking and wellbeing to the work place to enable us to be at our best and to thrive in whatever industry we work in.
In my early career I worked as a lecturer, and taught within the higher education system for several years, before moving to a global pharmaceutical company where I held leadership positions in Learning & Development and Sales.
In all my years of work there has been a common thread - people and performance. I am fascinated to see how some people thrive and achieve extraordinary things while others seem stuck and unable to move forward. There are many individual facets that contribute to this difference but ultimately it is our own wellbeing and mindset that can hold us back.
My passion for personal growth, wellbeing, and human potential led to me to study for a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy. I now use this as the base for my work with organisations, teams and individuals, applying psychological theories and concepts as well as leadership models to create links between wellbeing and performance. I am a keen learner and my new insights is passed straight to the amazing people and companies I work with so you remain current and forward thinking in your people development.
I also has a private psychotherapy practice in Cookham, Berkshire.
