Integrative and Energy Psychotherapy
I’m a UKCP accredited psychotherapist who works with both mind and body — combining traditional psychotherapy with energy-based techniques to help you heal at the deepest level.

My approach goes beyond talk therapy. I help you regulate your nervous system, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with who you truly are — so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more empowered in your life and relationships.

You don’t need to be in crisis to seek therapy — sometimes, you just know something needs to change.
